C. Don't drive with heavy load and low gear for a long time, which will damage the engine and muffler. Do not slam the accelerator in place for a long time. When there is oil stain on the muffler surface, the surface color will turn yellow and blue after hot driving
D． When a large amount of dirt such as soil is stuck on the surface of the muffler, it shall be cleaned in time to avoid affecting its heat dissipation. When disassembling the muffler, pay attention to whether the whole muffler is installed in place; Whether it is fastened; To prevent air leakage; So as not to affect the silencing effect and cause yellowing at the muffler interface
E. For the maintenance of engine valve clearance, carburetor and air filter, please timely go to the insured repair shop for adjustment and cleaning according to the instructions in the driver's Manual of the vehicle. If the valve clearance is too small or the mixture is too rich or thin, it will affect the combustion and cause the muffler to change color.
6、What problems should be paid attention to when placing motorcycles for a long time in winter
In northern China, it is cold and slippery in winter. Many users put motorcycles on the shelf to "hibernate" and reuse them when the flowers bloom in spring next year. The performance of many vehicles will decline after long-term placement. How to do a good job of maintenance before placement to ensure that the performance and service life of motorcycles are not affected, we will make a few introductions here
(1). First clean the motorcycle, dry it in the air or in the sun. After cleaning the exposed moving parts (such as chains), adjusting bolts, bearings, etc., apply engine oil or butter to prevent rust
(2). The gasoline is discharged from the fuel tank and stored in a sealed container. Otherwise, the "light components" in the gasoline will be reduced (volatilized into the atmosphere) due to long-term storage, resulting in the phenomenon that the motorcycle is difficult to start or cannot start. At the same time, the gasoline in the carburetor should be drained to prevent impurities in the gasoline from blocking the measuring hole, oil passage and other parts of the carburetor
(3). Remove the battery from the vehicle and wipe it clean. Before the vehicle stops using, replenish enough electricity, put it in a dry place, and replenish electricity once a month. However, do not discharge the electrolyte in the battery to prevent the electrode plate from being exposed to the air and causing oxidation
(4). A certain amount of engine oil shall be injected into the muffler of four stroke motorcycle. Remove the muffler from the vehicle, add a small amount of oil from the front end of the exhaust pipe, install the muffler, and then start the engine to evenly distribute the oil on the inner wall of the muffler to prevent rust
(5). Remove the spark plug, fill the cylinder with about 20ml of motorcycle special four stroke pure engine oil from the spark plug port, and install the spark plug, Turn off the ignition pin switch (off position), step on the starting lever for 5 ~ 6 times to evenly distribute the oil on the cylinder wall. If the motorcycle without foot start can remove the spark plug cap, turn on the ignition lock switch (on position), and press the start button for 2 ~ 3 seconds.
(6). The front and rear tires maintain standard pressure. If the tire pressure is too low, the tire will age prematurely and produce cracks
(7).Finally, park the motorcycle in a dry and ventilated place and pay attention to moisture-proof to avoid rust. The motorcycle should not be parked in the open air for a long time, otherwise it will accelerate the aging of the motorcycle appearance and become old prematurely.
